What I can help with

Whether you have a specific problem you’re struggling with, a question you’d like to explore, or simply want to make sense of things, I’m here to listen, reflect with you and help you find clarity and direction.

You don’t need to feel desperate to come to counselling. Sometimes, all we need is a little space and time to reflect, understand ourselves better and work out what we need.

Anxiety

Feeling worried, stressed or on edge. Overthinking things, expecting the worst or finding it hard to switch off.

Relationships

Difficulties with partners, family or friends. Feeling misunderstood, struggling to communicate or finding yourself stuck in the same patterns.

Grief & Loss

Losing someone or something important to you. Struggling with sadness, change or finding your way through life after a loss

Low Self-Esteem

Feeling not good enough, doubting yourself or being overly critical of yourself. Struggling with confidence or worrying too much about what others think.

Life transitions

Going through changes in your life, whether expected or unexpected. Changes in relationships, family, work or simply feeling unsure about what comes next.

Trauma

Living with the effects of difficult or painful experiences, whether recent or from long ago. Finding that things from the past still affect how you feel, think or respond today.

Identity

Trying to understand who you are and where you belong. Feeling caught between different cultures, expectations or versions of yourself, or questioning what really matters to you.

Feeling lost or overwhelmed

Feeling stuck, overwhelmed or unsure what you want. Struggling to make sense of things, or simply feeling that something isn’t quite right without knowing why.
